Construction sites are popping up all around the United States at an increasing rate, and Swinerton, one of America's largest general contractors, makes it a point to utilize more and more female workers on every job. D&A Communications partnered with Slow Clap to make this video, highlighting Swinerton's commitment to diversity & inclusion in an industry historically dominated by men. This shoot took us from behind the scenes at Swinerton's HQ in San Francisco to down in the dirt where the blueprints transform to reality.
