The San Francisco seawall is getting a facelift and the MHRA, or Multi-Hazard Risk Assessment, is a vital part in keeping the San Francisco seawall strong. The MHRA is a way for the city to calculate earthquake threats, monitor sea-level rise, and will allow the Port to invest in safety networks and public transit.
