A group of Hispanic and Latin Americans share their personal stories of the challenges they encountered growing up and navigating their careers in corporate America. Though they've faced difficulties throughout their lifetime, they've found a community within their employee resource group (ERG) which focuses on creating a space for Hispanic and Latin Americans to celebrate and embrace their culture and identity at Blue Shield of California.
