La Crema is a California wine label that made a name for themselves in the early 1980's with their specialization in California sourced Pinot Noir. Using grapes from the Russian River Valley they proved that when done right Pinot Noirs can not only taste great but also have a staying power in any ones wine cellar for the years to come.
