A group of BIPOC share their personal stories of the challenges they encountered growing up and working in corporate America. Though they've faced difficulties throughout their lifetime, they've found a community within their employee resource group (ERG) that uplifts them to be their authentic and best selves each day. This video is part of a series for Blue Shield of California to highlight the impact and community that ERGs bring to a workplace. While everyone is going through something, they don't have to do it alone.
