Hubert is a former Blue Shield of California intern that specializes in research around healthcare treatment options outside of traditional medicine. His mom, a Chinese immigrant, was the first one who introduced him to the idea of holistic medicine. Now, he's doing innovative research into treatments that could lead to millions of dollars in savings and better outcome for BSC members. BSC partnered with Slow Clap to develop this documentary-style story, and identify the most visual and compelling parts of Hubert's life. We followed the story development into production, and executed on all the nuts-and-bolts, through delivery. BSC used this internship video, as well as another video we made for them in the same series, for recruiting purposes organization wide. They played these videos at top college campuses nationally, in an effort to attract the best talent to the company.
