A group of Asian Americans share their personal stories of the challenges they encountered growing up and working in corporate America. Though they've faced difficulties throughout their lifetime, they've found a community within their employee resource group (ERG) which focuses on creating a space for Asians and Pacific Islanders to celebrate and embrace their culture and identity at Blue Shield of California.
